- P2P Trading – Buy digital assets from other users using supported payment methods.
- Credit Card / Quick Buy – Purchase digital assets directly using a supported bank card.
- On-Chain Deposit – Transfer digital assets from another wallet or platform to your BKG Exchange deposit address.
Option 1: Buy Digital Assets via P2P
P2P allows you to buy digital assets directly from other users using supported payment methods.
Step 1: Open P2P Trading
Log in to your BKG Exchange account and open P2P.
Step 2: Select Buy
Select Buy and choose the digital asset you want to purchase.
Step 3: Select a P2P Order
Choose an available order based on the price, payment method, and other displayed conditions.
Step 4: Enter the Purchase Amount
Enter the amount you want to purchase and confirm the order.
Step 5: Complete the Payment
Follow the payment instructions provided in the P2P order and complete the payment using the specified payment method.
Step 6: Receive Your Digital Assets
After the payment is confirmed according to the P2P process, the purchased digital assets will be released to your BKG Exchange account.
Important: Only make payments using the payment method and account details specified in the P2P order.
Option 2: Buy Digital Assets with a Credit Card
You may use the Quick Buy / Credit Card service to purchase supported digital assets directly with a supported bank card.
Step 1: Open Quick Buy
Log in to your BKG Exchange account and open Quick Buy or the corresponding card purchase service.
Step 2: Select the Digital Asset
Select the digital asset you want to purchase.
Step 3: Enter the Purchase Amount
Enter the amount you want to spend or the amount of digital assets you want to receive.
Step 4: Select Credit Card Payment
Select the available Credit Card payment method.
Step 5: Complete Payment
Follow the payment provider's instructions to complete the card payment.
Additional verification may be required by the payment provider.
Step 6: Receive Your Digital Assets
After the payment is successfully processed, the purchased digital assets will be credited to your BKG Exchange account according to the applicable processing time.
Option 3: Deposit Digital Assets On-Chain
You can transfer supported digital assets from another wallet or platform directly to your BKG Exchange account.
Step 1: Open the Deposit Page
Log in to BKG Exchange and go to Assets or Wallet, then select Deposit.
Step 2: Select the Digital Asset
Select the digital asset you want to deposit.
Step 3: Select the Network
Select a network supported by BKG Exchange for the selected asset.
The network selected on BKG Exchange must match the network used when sending the assets.
Step 4: Copy the Deposit Address
Copy the deposit address displayed by BKG Exchange.
If a Memo, Tag, or other additional information is required, make sure it is also copied correctly.
Step 5: Send the Assets
Open the external wallet or platform you are sending from.
Enter the BKG Exchange deposit address and select the same network.
Confirm the transaction after carefully checking all details.
Step 6: Wait for Blockchain Confirmation
Wait for the blockchain network to process and confirm the transaction.
Once the required confirmations are completed, the assets will be credited to your BKG Exchange account according to the applicable deposit process.

If the issue cannot be resolved, use the available P2P appeal or dispute process.
For Credit Card Purchases
Check the payment status and transaction history.
If the payment was successful but the digital assets have not been credited, contact BKG Exchange Customer Support and provide the relevant transaction information.
For On-Chain Deposits
Check:
