How to Sell and Withdraw Digital Assets

Overview

BKG Exchange provides different ways to sell or withdraw your digital assets.

Depending on your region and the services currently available, you may use one of the following methods:

  1. P2P Trading – Sell digital assets to other users and receive payment through supported payment methods.
  2. On-Chain Withdrawal – Transfer digital assets from your BKG Exchange account to an external wallet or platform.

Option 1: Sell Digital Assets via P2P

P2P allows you to sell digital assets directly to other users and receive payment through a supported payment method.

Step 1: Open P2P Trading

Log in to your BKG Exchange account and open P2P.

Step 2: Select Sell

Select Sell and choose the digital asset you want to sell.

Step 3: Select a P2P Order

Choose an available order based on the price, payment method, and other displayed conditions.

Step 4: Enter the Amount

Enter the amount of digital assets you want to sell and confirm the order.

Step 5: Wait for Payment

Follow the instructions displayed in the P2P order and wait for the buyer to complete the payment.

Step 6: Confirm the Payment

Check your receiving account and confirm that the payment has been received.

Only release the digital assets after you have confirmed that the payment has been successfully received.

Step 7: Complete the Order

After confirming the payment, complete the order according to the P2P process.

Option 2: Withdraw Digital Assets On-Chain

You can transfer supported digital assets from your BKG Exchange account to another wallet or platform.

Step 1: Open the Withdrawal Page

Log in to your BKG Exchange account.

Go to Assets or Wallet, then select Withdraw.

Step 2: Select the Digital Asset

Select the digital asset you want to withdraw.

Step 3: Enter the Withdrawal Address

Enter or paste the destination wallet address.

If a Memo, Tag, or other additional information is required, enter it correctly.

Step 4: Select the Network

Select a network supported by BKG Exchange.

The network selected on BKG Exchange must match the network supported by the destination wallet or platform.

Step 5: Enter the Withdrawal Amount

Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

The system will display the applicable withdrawal fee and, where available, the estimated amount to be received.

Step 6: Check the Withdrawal Details

Before submitting, carefully check:

  • Digital asset
  • Withdrawal address
  • Network
  • Memo or Tag, if applicable
  • Withdrawal amount
  • Withdrawal fee
  • Estimated received amount

Step 7: Complete Security Verification

Complete any required security verification.

Depending on your account settings, this may include:

  • Email verification
  • SMS verification
  • WhatsApp verification
  • Google 2FA

Step 8: Submit the Withdrawal

Submit the withdrawal request after confirming all information is correct.

Step 9: Check the Withdrawal Status

You can check the withdrawal status through your transaction history.

Once the required processing and blockchain confirmations are completed, the assets will be received by the destination wallet or platform.

Important Notes for P2P

  • Always follow the payment instructions shown in the P2P order.
  • Confirm that the payment has actually been received before releasing your digital assets.
  • Do not rely only on payment screenshots or messages from the buyer.
  • Do not cancel or complete an order outside the BKG Exchange P2P process.
  • Use the available P2P appeal or dispute process if an order cannot be completed normally.
  • Never share your password, verification codes, or 2FA codes with another person.

Important Notes for On-Chain Withdrawals

  • Always verify the withdrawal address before submitting.
  • Make sure the selected network matches the destination network.
  • Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after they are submitted.
  • Some assets require a Memo or Tag.
  • Withdrawal fees and minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by asset and network.
  • Withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account and current platform settings.

If Your P2P Order Has a Problem

If the buyer has not completed the payment or there is a dispute:

  1. Check the current order status.
  2. Communicate with the buyer through the P2P order page.
  3. Do not release the digital assets until payment has been confirmed.
  4. Use the available Appeal or Dispute function if necessary.
  5. Provide the requested transaction or payment information to Customer Support.

If Your On-Chain Withdrawal Has Not Arrived

If your withdrawal has been completed by BKG Exchange but the assets have not arrived:

  1. Check the withdrawal status in your transaction history.
  2. Check whether a TxID is available.
  3. Check the transaction on the relevant blockchain explorer.
  4. Confirm the withdrawal address.
  5. Confirm the selected network.
  6. Check whether the destination platform requires additional processing time.

If the blockchain transaction has been confirmed but the destination platform has not credited the assets, contact the destination platform for assistance.
