Overview
This FAQ provides answers to common questions about spot trading on BKG Exchange, including order types, execution, fees, cancellations, and trading records.
1. What is Spot Trading?
Spot Trading allows you to buy or sell digital assets at the current market or specified price.
When a spot order is successfully executed, the purchased or sold asset is reflected in your applicable account balance.
2. What Order Types Are Available for Spot Trading?
BKG Exchange supports the following spot order types:
- Limit Order
- Market Order
A Limit Order allows you to specify your desired price, while a Market Order is executed using available market liquidity.
3. What Is a Limit Order?
A Limit Order allows you to specify the price at which you want to buy or sell an asset.
The order may remain open until it is executed, canceled, or otherwise handled according to the applicable order rules.
4. What Is a Market Order?
A Market Order attempts to execute your trade at the best available market price when the order is submitted.
The final execution price may differ from the displayed market price, particularly during periods of high volatility or limited liquidity.
5. What Is the Spot Trading Fee?
BKG Exchange charges:
- Maker Fee: 0.12%
- Taker Fee: 0.12%
Trading fees apply to the executed portion of a trade.
6. Can I Cancel a Spot Order?
An open Limit Order can generally be canceled before it is fully executed.
If an order has already been partially filled, only the remaining unfilled portion can be canceled.
Completed trades cannot be reversed by canceling the remaining order.
7. Why Has My Limit Order Not Been Filled?
A Limit Order may remain unfilled when:
- The market has not reached your specified price.
- There is insufficient matching liquidity.
- Market conditions change before your order can be matched.
8. Can a Limit Order Be Partially Filled?
Yes.
If only part of the order can be matched, the executed portion will be completed while the remaining amount may stay open.
You can cancel the remaining unfilled amount if the order is still active.
9. Why Can a Market Order Be Executed at Different Prices?
A Market Order is matched against available orders in the order book.
If sufficient liquidity is not available at a single price, the order may be executed across multiple price levels.
10. Can I Cancel a Market Order?
Market Orders are intended for immediate execution.
Once a Market Order has been executed, the completed trade cannot be canceled.
11. Where Can I Check My Orders?
You can check your current and previous orders through the relevant order sections on BKG Exchange.
You may be able to view:
- Open Orders
- Order History
- Trade History
- Order Status
- Execution Price
- Executed Amount
- Trading Fee
12. What Is the Difference Between Order History and Trade History?
Order History records the orders you submitted and their status.
Trade History records the actual executions generated from those orders.
One order may generate multiple trade records if it is matched through multiple executions.
13. Why Is My Order Showing as Partially Filled?
A partially filled order means only part of your requested amount has been matched.
The remaining amount may continue waiting for available matching liquidity.
14. What Happens to the Unfilled Amount When I Cancel an Order?
The remaining unfilled portion is canceled and will no longer be available for execution.
Any portion that has already been executed cannot be canceled.
15. Where Can I Check My Trading Fees?
You can review applicable fees through your trade or order history where fee information is displayed.
BKG Exchange currently charges 0.12% for both Makers and Takers.
16. What Should I Check Before Placing a Spot Order?
Before submitting an order, check:
- Trading pair
- Order type
- Price, if applicable
- Order amount
- Available balance
- Estimated trading fee
Make sure the order details are correct before confirming the trade.
17. Is Spot Trading Risk-Free?
No.
Digital asset prices can change significantly and rapidly. Spot trading involves market risk, and you may lose some or all of the value of your investment.
Please make sure you understand the risks before trading.
