Overview
If you have placed a Limit Order that has not been fully executed, you can cancel the remaining open portion of the order.
Canceling an order does not reverse any portion that has already been executed.
1. Cancel a Spot Order on the Website
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your BKG Exchange account through the official website.
Step 2: Open Spot Trading
Go to the Spot Trading page and select the relevant trading pair.
Step 3: Find Your Open Order
Locate the Open Orders section and find the order you want to cancel.
Check the:
- Trading pair
- Order type
- Order price
- Order amount
- Filled amount
Step 4: Cancel the Order
Select Cancel next to the order you want to cancel.
If the order has not been fully executed, the remaining unfilled amount will be canceled.
Step 5: Confirm the Order Status
After cancellation, check your open orders to confirm that the order is no longer active.
You can also check your order history for the cancellation record.
2. Cancel a Spot Order in the App
Step 1: Log In
Open the BKG Exchange App and log in to your account.
Step 2: Open Spot Trading
Go to Spot Trading and select the relevant trading pair.
Step 3: View Open Orders
Open the Open Orders section and find the order you want to cancel.
Step 4: Select Cancel
Select Cancel for the relevant order.
Step 5: Check the Status
Confirm that the order has been removed from your open orders or is shown as canceled in your order history.
3. Partially Filled Orders
If a Limit Order has already been partially executed, you can cancel the remaining unfilled amount.
For example:
- Original order: 1 BTC
- Filled: 0.4 BTC
- Remaining: 0.6 BTC
After cancellation, the remaining 0.6 BTC order amount will no longer be available for execution.
The completed 0.4 BTC portion cannot be canceled.
4. Important Notes
- Only orders that still have an unfilled portion can be canceled.
- Canceling an order does not reverse completed trades.
- If an order is fully executed before you cancel it, it cannot be canceled.
- During periods of high market activity, an order may be executed before the cancellation request is processed.
- Always check your order status after submitting a cancellation request.
- BKG Exchange charges 0.12% for both Makers and Takers on executed spot trades.

Can I cancel a Market Order?
Market Orders are intended for immediate execution. Once executed, the completed trade cannot be canceled.
Can I cancel a partially filled Limit Order?
Yes. You can cancel the remaining unfilled portion of a partially filled Limit Order.
Will canceling an order refund the trading fee?
Fees apply to the portion of the order that has already been executed. Canceling the unfilled portion does not reverse fees already charged for completed trades.
Why was my order executed even though I tried to cancel it?
If the order was matched before the cancellation request was processed, the matched portion may be executed and cannot be canceled.
Where can I check my canceled orders?
You can check your Order History or the corresponding order history section to view previously canceled orders.
