Due to card-provider and banking compliance requirements, BKG Card has restrictions on certain countries, regions, merchants, and transaction types.
Users applying for or using BKG Card must comply with the applicable card and payment-service requirements.
Billing Address and Mobile Number Requirements
Due to updated compliance requirements from the card provider, billing addresses and cardholder mobile phone numbers from certain restricted countries or regions are no longer accepted for new card applications or related card operations.
To avoid your card application being rejected, please ensure that the billing address and cardholder mobile phone number you provide meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
Important
Existing cards that have already been successfully issued are not affected by this new requirement.
The restriction primarily applies to new card applications and related operations subject to the updated requirements.
Do not provide false, misleading, or unauthorized personal information to bypass country or regional restrictions.

Unsupported Transaction Types
BKG Card does not support the following transaction types:
1. Fund Transfer and Cash-Related Transactions
The following activities are not supported:
- Bank transfers
- Fund transfers
- Cash withdrawals
- Remittances
- Purchasing digital assets
- Other cash-equivalent or fund-transfer activities
2. Virtual Goods and Certain Gaming Services
Transactions involving virtual gaming goods or other restricted virtual products are not supported.
3. High-Risk Industries
Transactions involving high-risk categories restricted by the applicable card network or payment provider are not supported.
Examples may include:
- Weapons and related products
- Certain adult-content services
- Other restricted high-risk merchants
4. Sanctioned or Restricted Countries and Regions
Transactions involving sanctioned or restricted countries, regions, merchants, or services are not supported.
Mainland China Usage Notes
For users who are permitted to use BKG Card in mainland China-related payment scenarios, actual payment availability depends on the payment platform and its own risk-control system.
Some common payment platforms may support BKG Card, but individual transactions are not guaranteed to succeed.
Apple Pay
Eligible merchants that support Apple Pay may accept BKG Card.
Alipay
BKG Card may be used with supported Alipay payment scenarios.
Certain transactions may be subject to additional fees or payment-platform restrictions.
WeChat Pay
BKG Card may be supported in certain WeChat Pay scenarios.
Actual availability depends on the payment platform and merchant.
Meituan
BKG Card may be supported for eligible Meituan payment scenarios.
If a payment option indicates that the card is temporarily unsupported, users may try another available international-card payment option where applicable.
E-Commerce Platforms
BKG Card may be used on supported e-commerce platforms.
However, certain virtual goods, overseas goods, or restricted products may not support BKG Card payments.
Why Can a Payment Be Declined?
A payment may be declined even when the merchant appears to accept Visa or Mastercard.
Possible reasons include:
